Welcome to Oshi! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Website Services

• All prices listed are in (USD) or (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
• Prices may be converted based on your preferred payment method, with cryptocurrency payments subject to conversion.

2. Product Descriptions

• While we aim for accuracy, product descriptions may not always be exact.
• Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the product.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in product descriptions.

3. Product Orders

• We strive to keep our product list current, but availability is not guaranteed.
• Most of our Products are Free Shipping, however on the occasions where packaging and postage is an additional charge, this will be calculated at time of purchase.
• When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. 
• We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
• Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.
• All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
• Payment information provided by you must be accurate and complete.

4. Order Cancellation Due To Error

• We reserve the right to cancel transactions due to pricing or descriptive errors.
• Refunds will be issued promptly in such cases.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Most products are printed to order and therefore not eligible for returns.
• Eligible items for return/exchange must be unused and in original packaging.
• We reserve the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise.
• Refunds are only available if no exchange solution is possible.

6. Refunds and Store Credit Requests

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind.

7. Returns Postage

• Returns postage is not provided for Australian or international orders.

8. Returns or Exchange Exclusions and Notes

• Some exclusions apply, particularly for sale items and certain products like face coverings and socks.

9. Returns Process

• Initiate returns or exchanges by contacting us at oshi.gallery@gmail.com with your order number and details.
• We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

10. Return To Sender Orders

• Unfortunately, we get charged a return delivery fees for all orders that get returned to us. This means that when we reach out to you to let you know we have your order back, and to confirm your best postal address, postage will need to be paid again by the customer to ship the parcel back out. We hope you understand!
• Return to sender items can only be held for up to 60 days, after which the order will be deemed abandoned.

11. Site Access

• You’re granted a limited license to access and use our website for personal use only.
• Reproduction of website content without permission is prohibited.

12. Hyperlinks

• We may include hyperlinks to other websites for convenience, but we’re not responsible for their content.
• Linking to our website without permission is not permitted.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on our website is either owned by us or used with permission.
• Your comments provided to us become our property for potential use.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
• The copyright to all content on this website including applets, graphics, images, layouts and text belongs to us or we have permission to use those materials. Images, files and graphics of Artists artwork used in the sale of products remains the property of the original artist unless original artwork is prior listed as CC0 (AKA Creative Commons Zero) artwork.
• Artwork or memetic derivatives may be used in products we sell, these remain the property of the artist, or brand unless prior listed as CCO
• All trade marks, brands and logos generally identified either with the symbols TM or ® which are used on this website are either owned by us or we have permission to use them. Your access to our website does not license you to use those marks in any commercial way without our prior written permission.
• Any comment, feedback, idea or suggestion (called “Comments”) which you provide to us through this website becomes our property.
